Join a terrific group of people who practice Sheng Zhen Healing Meditation Stage One every Saturday at Noon at the Schweinhut Senior Center in Silver Spring.

Healing Meditation One is a seated form with ten movements. The form is easy and fun to do, suitable for any age or ability. The class is taught in a relaxed and informal manner by co-teachers Julia Shucker and Mike Kornely.

The benefits of the practice are many: from a deep relaxation, balancing the emotions to revitalizing the body and elevating the spirit — and certainly enhancing the healing power of nature in one’s life. This is an on-going drop in class.

The class is FREE and open to residents of Montgomery County, 55 years and older.

The center is located in the Four Corners Area, close to Holy Cross Hospital at 1000 Forest Glenn Road, Silver Spring.
