Join world-renowned Master Li Junfeng for a special 3-Day Workshop

The training will be held in historic buildings in Milford town center, home to the new Sheng Zhen Center. This workshop will help you reconnect to the natural rhythm and ease provided by your body, breath and heart.

Learn from the Master through demonstrated movements, verbal instruction and expert coaching, as he teaches you how to heal yourself, calm your emotions, and awaken your spirit. No equipment needed. All levels and physical abilities are welcome.
