Based on the ancient principles of qigong, the practice’s gentle, graceful movements relax the body, while stimulating the flow of beneficial qi. In this practice, the movements are the mantras, which naturally open the heart to healing and the mind to wisdom.

Composed of moving and non-moving forms as taught by founder Master Li Junfeng, the Sheng Zhen Practice helps each of us find our best self, our best path, and our best future.
