These 1-hour classes we will focus on a graceful and powerful form called Heaven Nature Contemplation (formerly known as Kuan Yin Standing, see this YouTube video), as well as some related standing and sitting forms.. Open to all, beginners and drop-ins welcome. Do something good for your body, mind and spirit.

As a creative fundraiser, 100% of the class proceeds go to Memorial Episcopal Church to their building & grounds fund. We suggest a donation of $10/class or a 6-class package for $50, which can be used for a session here or Wednesdays at No Boundaries Coalition.
